Every year, Decatur Animal Care has a fundraiser for The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree. This program provides new clothing and/or toys to children of families in need. Santa comes by once a year in November to take pet photos. All proceeds go toward Christmas gifts for the Angel Tree.
